Darin - Television Producer - Williamsburg, NY
The place I always eat:
I eat at Roberta’s when I do my weekly radio show, Snacky Tunes.  The pizza is some of the best in Brooklyn, if not the city and I think it’s the major reason why people come on the show.
Where to stay for the night:
The best place to stay in New York is at someone’s house.  Hotels are so expensive and really out of the way.  Hotel Le Jolie is the place of choice in Williamsburg, but there isa new one opening up across from Brooklyn Bowl, which I imagine will become the place of choice.
The one place I take everyone:
Momofuku Milk Bar on Metropolitan en route to Lady Jay’s (which is dog friendly so my pooch, Joe, can hang with me).  The one two combo of the pork & egg bun with pickle backs is the perfect way to spend any Sunday afternoon into evening.
Best local product you should try:
McClure’s Bloody Mary Mix is a solid and quick solution if you are too hung over to whip up the hair of the dog from scratch.
The 2nd best kept secret:
Dollar oyster happy hour, Monday through Friday from 4 – 7pm, at Maision Premiere in Williamsburg.  There are usually a dozen oysters to choose from and the atmosphere is perfect. I would suggest getting there before the after work crowd and hanging out at the bar till you stumble out.
